Update #3 - On-Site works - 30th June 2021

As we have now completed the first phase of the groundworks, we will deliver the modules to site on articulated vehicles, these will be brought onto site via White Horse Hill and Bushell Way, these will be escorted on and off site by trained operatives to limit any disruption. Once brought onto site, the modules will be lifted into place using our mobile crane. We want you to be fully aware of our intentions, as we finalise the plans for the module installation.

We will be installing our first phase, which consists of 36no modules from the 5th of July over a five-day period, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. On Monday 5th of July our mobile crane will arrive and set up on site, once the crane is in place 6no modules will arrive at hourly intervals, Tuesday – Thursday 8no modules will arrive each day and be lifted into position, finally on Friday 9th our remaining 6no modules of the first phase will be lifted into position.

The remaining 36no modules will be installed in August to which we will confirm exact dates closer to the time.

Over this period there will be slight disruption to traffic on White Horse Hill and Bushell Way as our vehicles make their way from the highway and onto the site. They will be delivered to site in the least disruptive manner as possible.

To ensure our module transport vehicles can gain access to site down Bushell Way, we will be coning off and suspending some parking spaces, this will only be during the days of installation, Monday 5th – Friday 9th July 2021. We apologise for this in advance, but please be assured this is 100% necessary to ensure our wide loads can be delivered onto site and offloaded safely. Please see below image which highlights the parking spaces which will be suspended

During the time that the above works are being undertaken, we want to assure you that we will endeavour to limit any disruption and make this project as neighbour friendly as possible. However, if you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.

Update #4 - On-Site works - 30th July 2021

Firstly, thank you for your support during the initial 1st phase of the Modular Building Installation we carried out a few weeks ago, this was greatly
appreciated and helped speed the process up even further.

We do apologise for any inconvenience caused, we did as much as possible to avoid any disruption to you and your community and ensured there was a member of our team constantly managing any traffic moving along Bushell Way.

Following the initial phase of installation, works are continuing to progress well on site which includes the external cladding works, as well as completion of the
internal fit-out works.

As previously advised, we are now approaching installation of the 2nd phase of the Modular Building. This will recommence Monday 2nd August with the aim of completing the 2nd phase Friday 6th August.

As per the 1st phase, we will install the remaining 36no modules over a five-day period, Monday to Friday.

On Monday 2nd August our mobile crane will arrive and set up on-site. Once the crane is in place the modules will predominantly arrive between the hours of 10AM & 4PM with exception of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings where 2no modules per morning will be brought onto site before 7AM.

This is due to the width of the modules and the transport restrictions implemented by the Police within the M25.

Over this period there will be slight disruption to traffic on White Horse Hill and Bushell Way, as our vehicles make their way from the highway and onto the site. As always, they will be delivered to site in the least disruptive manner as possible.

To ensure our module transport vehicles can gain access to site down Bushell Way, we will again be coning off and suspended some parking spaces along Bushell Way and only during the days of installation. We apologise for this in advance, but please be assured this is 100% necessary to ensure our
wide loads can be delivered onto site and installed.

During the time that the above works are being undertaken, we want to assure you that we will endeavour to limit any disruption and make this project as neighbour friendly as possible. However, if you have any concerns please do not hesitate to contact us.
